Stand alone, the worst experience and communication. Tried to purchase a vehicle - was promised it was ours - then on purchase day they called and said "oops, we sold it to someone else, sorry". Kept us on the hook with that vehicle for a week (while we passed up on other comparables because we had promise to buy theirs), then kept us on the hook for another week with promises to "make it right", but ultimately were completely unwilling to make any effort to match the deal we were originally promised. we came to check a full size pickup met joey chen in the lot. he was very friendly straight to the point kind of guy. talk a bit on what we expect to get out of the full size pickup. joey was always there to help & showed us a toyota tacoma trd off road it has all the features we needed. they appraised our accord for trade in their appraisal is top notch.the finance department is good at what they do. all thogether we spent about 4 hours at eco park. joey was no haggle no BS & very informative. our buying experience was very... read more
This place is absolutely terrible. I believe they dont even do inspections on cars before they turn around and sell them to the public. My air conditioning unit has not worked since I purchased the car in March 2020, I have called I have taken the car in twice to have them fix it, I have left messages for managers to call back and NOTHING has been done. Bought a used truck from Echo Park in ************. Had some issues we noticed, took the truck back in two weeks after purchasing. They fixed our issues no questions! Tony was the technician in the service department. He explained everything, very personable, great customer service and VERY sharp! My husband and I walked away thinking this guy is great! Knows his stuff, excellent experience with him - will request him if ever needed! Please thank him for us!
I have purchased 2 vehicles with EchoPark and have had nothing but great experiences! Warm, family like atmosphere and everyone is always checking on you to make sure you have been assisted. Next vehicle I will be stopping by their locations first. Don?t think I can go back to your traditional dealerships!
We recently purchased a car for our daughter from EchoPark San Antonio and it was the best experience. We spent a couple hours looking at the inventory with our sales person and he never pressured us into buying anything, which is very nice. He followed up the next day and we started the process to buy. It was easy, quick and our sales person Jesse G**** was amazing! My experience was in the San Antonio location. I purchased my vehicle with the dent protection plan. I was reassured that the plan would cover hail stones and this is what sold me. Now I am told that I have to use my own insurance company. I even have a screenshot from their website stating that if you buy the plan you do not have to come out of pocket and there is not a deductible. These people at Echo Park in Houston are scum liers !! My son son was trying to negotiate a deal with a used truck and they lied to him in all aspects . They promised him they would take their vehicle to my sons location to test drive and they never did it !! This was in a period of 4 days back and forth . That wanted him to sign documents compromising my son to buy the vehicle before roD testing it . Do not believe these people . They are scum lying individuals that all they want to do is rip you off .
Linda T**** of Echo Park is an excellent Sale person at Echo Park. She is honest, smart, friendly person to work with her. I had a great experience with her. I visited her before. She showed me all the cars available. When I was ready to buy, I called her and complete all the paperwork before I get there. I test drive and buy the car in less than 30 min. She did not give me any pressure to buy extended warranty or other add on fees. I am recommending everyone to visit her, when they are ready to buy any high end vehicle.
