James was the best. They got me a crazy good trade in value for my old car. The car I wanted was better than I imagined. James did everything for me. It was such a nice facility to wait in... even though it hardly took anytime. The experience was better than I could have imagined. I now have a Ford C-max Enegi hybrid. LOVE Echo park! I bought my Kia from there 2 years ago. They are a no pressure place to go. Lars helped me every step of the way. I have gone back for my car maintenance and never had an issue. They have always been honest and fair. I would, and have recommended to everyone I know, go to Echo Park.
