Totally not what you would expect for a car buying experience! I mean that in the best way possible, this place is rad. Very relaxed environment. Got a fair amount for my trade-in and an even better deal on the car. Tobias was amazing; I was in and out in a couple hours. I would recommend this place to anyone looking buying a new car. Don't hate the free car washes for the life of the car either :) I'll definitely be a return customer, but hopefully not any time soon.
WOW!!!!!!!! Dan was amazing can't get any better than this. If you haven't tried Echo Park I definitely suggest doing so. I have all 4 of my cars serviced here, THEY ARE AMAZING!!!!!!!! The most relaxing atmosphere you can imagine. I'm a customer for life. Great job guys!!!!!!!!
I have to say I had such a wonderful experience here! I couldn't be anymore impressed with the customer service. Shikar was our service provider and he was so helpful, HONEST and understanding. We purchased the perfect car for the perfect price and perfect payments. I'm SO pleased and highly recommend Echo Park Thorton to anyone looking for a car and wanting outstanding customer service. Buying my first car from EchoPark was an excellent experience! I went in knowing what I wanted and the entire process was smooth and stress free. Gray was awesome to work with and he helped me every step of the way!
Purchased my car form the Thornton location the first of sept. 2 weeks later the water pump went out. Scott in service arranged a tow truck for me got my car right in for the repair and kept me updated through out the repair and had me back on the road Monday morning two thumbs up to him and his service techs
There wasn’t any pressure in buying a vehicle and when I couldn’t afford to buy the truck I went in for, they simply suggested another amazing truck that I fell in love with!!! Quick, Easy and treated fairly is a quick summary of these folks.
