Buying my first car from EchoPark was an excellent experience! I went in knowing what I wanted and the entire process was smooth and stress free. Gray was awesome to work with and he helped me every step of the way!
Purchased my car form the Thornton location the first of sept. 2 weeks later the water pump went out. Scott in service arranged a tow truck for me got my car right in for the repair and kept me updated through out the repair and had me back on the road Monday morning two thumbs up to him and his service techs
There wasn’t any pressure in buying a vehicle and when I couldn’t afford to buy the truck I went in for, they simply suggested another amazing truck that I fell in love with!!! Quick, Easy and treated fairly is a quick summary of these folks.
Mad props to Shaun Satterfield of EchoPark Automotive for catering to quite possibly the most unknowledgeable, indecisive, and panic stricken first-time car shopper ever. 2 months ago I had no idea how much cars even cost, and now I own a badass 2014 Toyota Highlander XLE with ALL the leather and high tech stuff that I totally don't need, but ended up really wanting.
