Went in test drove a vehicle filled out credit app online after debating if we wanted the vehicle. After four days I called to ask said they would call back and never did than a week later our salesman sends a text we reply and never heard anything back. Very crappy customer service. Would never go back!!
I will never recommend echo park! After buying my truck almost 9 months ago it has been in the shop for over a month!! Almost 5 weeks for them to figure out I had a faulty wire harness for my transmission. After the first week they gave me my truck back saying it was fixed. Well it wasn’t and doing 65 down the highway my truck decided to drop into 1st gear and lock up my back tires. Terrible experience. I called in advance to schedule a test drive. Show up and wait 30 mins with no help from sales. At least the commissioned sales guys are motivated to sell! Not impressed!!
It was very good experience with EchoPark, We went in and did test drive and paid the check and took the car, it just took about 90 minutes to complete all the paperwork and get the car with insurance. Nice place very good people and answered all questions that we had in buying this car. I would recommend my friends, Please visit echopark for all your Car needs
1st and last experience with echopark. I reserved a car and they supposedly sold it the day before. They couldn't tell me this before I drove 40 minutes to check out the reserved car. On my way home I get numerous calls from them saying they have the car. Why lie in the first place?
It was a bumpy start and a stellar finish. I can't say enough about my experience w/Echo Park Automotive. Blake and Travis helped turn my experience around and Shikar was awesome helping us close the deal on our 2016 Subaru. We couldn't have found a better car or a better deal. Thank you so much!
George was an amazing salesman. I had just come from a dealership that lied to me and played shady on making a deal with me, so coming into this dealership was a breath of fresh air. I never once felt lied to, I knew up front who they were, how the company was run, and never once felt any pressure to buy a car. I ended up buying the Audi I was looking at and the paperwork was a painless, easy experience as well. Definitely would recommend this location! I’m a very happy buyer!
