My experience was remarkable. There was a hiccup in the beginning as to the car's availability, but the sales manager, Matt took responsibility for his team and they made everything right, better than right. They worked for me on the financing to find the right fit and did a stellar job. Sherif El Shandidi was an excellent and knowledgable sales guide. I hadn't bought a car in 14 years and EchoPark made it a great experience. Thank you!
we had not purchased a vehicle in 18 years and were not looking forward to the hassles of buying one until i had 3 people tell me to go here. wow this was a nice relaxing way to buy a car and our salesperson Chris V in Thornton was the best!!
Rick and Travis gave us an incredible experience. Fast and easy! They worked well with our needs and we came home with a vehicle we love. This place obviously does things differently than most dealerships and the prices reflect that. Definitely recommend looking into Echo Park for a new vehicle
EchoPark was a great experience! The no haggle deterred us for a second, but after visiting other dealerships, the prices here are the best (and much less time consuming and stress free). The trade in values for our vehicles were also the highest/fairest we received from any car dealership. By far the best part was working with Bill Thaxton. He was a pleasure to talk to, explained everything very well and offered genuine advice. I definitely recommend requesting to work with Bill if you are shopping around for a car!
A great experience at Echo Park we arrived past our scheduled time and they still were very happy to help us. The process was easy and thanks to EJ he was great to work with.
We purchased a car at Echo Park with our daughter. We had a wonderful experience from the moment we arrived until we departed a couple of hours later with a beautiful low mileage car. I hope they expand their locations to other areas.
