Filled out a financing application for my husband over this passed weekend. When he called to check on the status. He was told they were too busy. Great customer service, right?
Shikar helped me buy my car and I will definitely go back to this location because of the great service that was provided.
After speaking to 3 different people at this place and filling out a credit app and making an appointment to come pick the car up at 5pm the exact same day, at 4:30 I get a text saying that the car was sold and has been sold. But no one would get up and walk out to see if the car was there. Then Monday after they pull out credit, and call saying sorry no one ever contacted you. I don't buy cars often and hate the haggling experience. Echopark was a refreshing change. The cars are 1-3 years old, they get a detailed inspection, they are priced below or at KBB, and a Carfax report is provided. Bud (Thornton, CO) provided a very upfront and casual experience. this was the best car buying experience i have ever had. having sales people on salary is a wonderful idea. not trapping people in finance rooms while the salesperson 'has to get management approval' is excellent. the whole thing was a great deal for me and i appreciate the experience. this review is 100% about the purchase of the car, not service or any other dept.
We had a very good experience w/ our Echo Park sales people. Very attentive and patient with our buying experience. Had to see a number of different vehicles to figure out which brand we wanted to go with, love the online access to the sales stock at each location. That very much helped us with our research and eventual purchasing of our SUV.

Compared to what I have dealt with in the past, EchoPark was amazing.
