this was the best car buying experience i have ever had. having sales people on salary is a wonderful idea. not trapping people in finance rooms while the salesperson 'has to get management approval' is excellent. the whole thing was a great deal for me and i appreciate the experience. this review is 100% about the purchase of the car, not service or any other dept.
We had a very good experience w/ our Echo Park sales people. Very attentive and patient with our buying experience. Had to see a number of different vehicles to figure out which brand we wanted to go with, love the online access to the sales stock at each location. That very much helped us with our research and eventual purchasing of our SUV.

Compared to what I have dealt with in the past, EchoPark was amazing. From the laid back attitudes (no pressure, no playing games of going back and forth), to the amazing Sales Rep Rick B., the concept they have developed, I would definitely recommend. Went in test drove a vehicle filled out credit app online after debating if we wanted the vehicle. After four days I called to ask said they would call back and never did than a week later our salesman sends a text we reply and never heard anything back. Very crappy customer service. Would never go back!!
I will never recommend echo park! After buying my truck almost 9 months ago it has been in the shop for over a month!! Almost 5 weeks for them to figure out I had a faulty wire harness for my transmission. After the first week they gave me my truck back saying it was fixed. Well it wasn’t and doing 65 down the highway my truck decided to drop into 1st gear and lock up my back tires. I bring it in tell them this, and it takes 2 different locations, a whole different shop o’Mara Ford, and 3 weeks to figure out the issue. They ... read more
Terrible experience. I called in advance to schedule a test drive. Show up and wait 30 mins with no help from sales. At least the commissioned sales guys are motivated to sell! Not impressed!!
It was very good experience with EchoPark, We went in and did test drive and paid the check and took the car, it just took about 90 minutes to complete all the paperwork and get the car with insurance. Nice place very good people and answered all questions that we had in buying this car. I would recommend my friends, Please visit echopark for all your Car needs
1st and last experience with echopark. I reserved a car and they supposedly sold it the day before. They couldn't tell me this before I drove 40 minutes to check out the reserved car. On my way home I get numerous calls from them saying they have the car. Why lie in the first place?
