Bought a vehicle that was always needing repairs. problems were never diagnosed correctly then it Eventually needed a new engine after I had it for only a couple of months. Never was able to get any acknowledgement from any of there management or call backs. Very poor customer service but they did an excellent job of avoiding my calls.
RecommendedMy husband and I had a wonderful and stress free experience with Zach from Echo Park in Thornton. We would highly recommend shopping here. They gave us a fair deal on our trade in and the price for our new explorer was haggle free. We loved the experience and we would definitely shop her again.
Julio helped me get the best rate on my loan, and walked us through everything. Everyone was very nice and helpful. My boys had fun with other kids in the kid area. And they have a nice coffee machine! I love my new car!
I didn't feel the usual sales pressure tactics that I've experienced previously in other dealerships. I didn't have to deal with the finance portion, so that might have also been a key to note. They had one of the cars I was looking for there in Thornton, and the saleslady Siobhan was really helpful and a pleasure to deal with. She answered most of my questions and was nice to deal with.
Loved loved we really preciated that we had no someone breathing down our neck right when we came in. We got to look before we even talked to someone the service was great and the process was not that long.
I like that there are so many different vehicles in one place to shop and the low prices with quality cars.
Our experience with EchoPark was the best that we have received for any of the cars that we have purchased in the last 5 years! Shobin Pinkerton was very helpful getting us the vehicle our daughter was wanting to purchase. I love going to places where you don't feel pressured into a decision that isn't going to work for you financially. We will definitely go back in the future.
