RecommendedTheir prices beat every place else. Trust me, I did the time consuming research. And no haggling, which there's no need for because they are priced such that it would be a waste of everybody's time. I was in and out in under an hour!! I was soooo done with the whole looking for a car experience, and Keith Yeanoplos of Echo Park understood that and made it all happen for me as quick as anyone could! Such a fast walker too; I'm sure that shaved 15 min off the time I had to spend there😄

Over priced and the cars are not that good
This recommendation is for the car wash. I purchased my vehicle at a different location far from my home and the Thornton location is still a ways from my home but I would like to get my car washed with my free car wash service you all supposedly offer. I've tried to get it washed for the last 2 months at this location and everytime I go there is always an issue and end up having to pay for a car wash somewhere else. Super annoying.

how refreshing! i was relaxed and not the usually hard ball sales pitch. I absolutely love the way you sell cars! thank goodness i found Echo Park. i would highly recommend and will never go anywhere else again. a special thanks to Sean Wingo. He was awesome as your whole car dealership is. thanks Echo Park for making buying a car a pleasant experience!
Extremely poor. customer service. I will never waste my time or money with this dealership again. However, the way I was treated shows they do not value the individual customer.
