Cars are good low mileage but customer service is not up to the standards. I didn’t get my car clean and no fuel plus the customer service representative didn’t have any idea about the car . Need more training. Just because he said I am sorry doesn’t mean that he fix the problem. I didn’t expect that kind of service.
RecommendedCouldn’t have had a better experience. Location is great and they had a lot of vehicles to chose from. Dealership was clean and looked nice. Everyone was extremely friendly. We worked with Steven and he was great. Made the car buying process simple and easy. We were in and out pretty quickly and got a great deal on a new truck. Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely be coming back here for my next car!
Keith was very helpful and informative. The process was quick and easy. O’Mera Ford said we would never find what we were looking for, for $20,000 with low costs and no dealer prep fees at EchoPark we did. It was detailed for us before we left and a full tank of gas to boot! Excellent customer service!

Just bought a Jeep here over the weekend and their model of selling cars makes all the difference. Steven Swayne and Cody Hellander both helped me and made it a great experience. Both guys took their time and helped explain everything to me and weighed my options. Steven even texted me two days later to check in. I plan to buy from Echopark from here on out.
This was my first time going to the Echopark in Thornton. Cody was great! He took the time to sit down with us and determine what vehicle would be the best value for our needs. He didn’t just stop there! He let us test drive a bunch of them and we never felt rushed. When it was time to fill out the paperwork, he stayed with us the entire time and we got top dollar for both of our trade in vehicles. We could not be happier with our purchase! Would highly recommend this location!
