We bought a new truck at the Thornton location yesterday. Margaret helped us and she was amazing!! She helped us find the right vehicle that fit our family's needs. She was patient, never pushy, and gave great suggestions. I absolutely recommend asking for her if you go in!
I was very impressed with EchoPark Automotive. When I arrived, they were quick to help me in an extremely busy environment. Very large place with hundreds of beautiful automobiles. Bri and John helped me and all I had to do is sit on a couch and drink tea! They were very polite and helpful to me. Loved my experience with them and loved the vehicle I drive away in!
They were very amazing people to work with. Julio listened to what I wanted and made sure I was happy with my decision. He was never pushy like other dealerships I went to and gave me the full details of every car we looked at. I would highly recommend Echopark to anyone looking for a new car and amazing service. Had a great experience, Daniel gorton was awesome, he was able to get me in a new car with the short amount of time we had, he printed out the car fax for the car I left home with which gave me a better understanding that they had the best interest for us, everything went smoothly with no pressure.
I had a great experience at Echo Park, very open and flexible and knowledgeable without pressure. I'm happy to recommend EchoPark (Thornton was my dealership, Andrew Espinoza was terrific) and the team did a great job.
Echo Park made the process of buying a car very simple. The customer service was outstanding and I feel that their prices were better than other dealerships I visited. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything and they listened to what I wanted and needed in a vehicle. I will refer everyone I know who is looking for new vehicle to go to Echo Park.
