They made my car buying experience so quick and painless. I walked in with my financing approval from USAA in hand, so all I had to do was pick a car. They had what I wanted, and Bre made the magic happen in about 2.5 hours. They gave me a really good price for my trade in. I’m a happy camper! I would definitely buy another car here in the future.

Great car-buying process. My daughter had set up an appointment, we were greeted when we got there and the car she wanted to test-drive was ready to go. That wasn’t the car for her, so Stephen took us around to all of the other cars she had looked at and like on-line. The second one she drove was the one she purchased. She was already pre-approved through our credit union. EchoPark didn’t work with them, however. The application process was quick and easy, with a great rate and terms. Would highly recommend EchoPark.

Chris Bimson, our sales associate, was knowledgeable, helpful, and very professional. He helped us look at several options of financing, explained things clearly and stuck with us throughout the process. He kept us informed about what he was doing, why, and then stuck to his mentioned time frames on how long things would take. My husband and I would definitely work with Chris again, when and if, we decide to purchase another vehicle!!
