I refinanced my car that I purchased from this location and received a refund on my gap insurance. The check was issued by Ally 4 WEEKS AGO. Myself and my mother have called almost every other day for 3 weeks now trying to get a hold of someone to get this check. It’s a $500 check and you are STEALING IT. Crooked, shady behavior. RecommendedBri was amazing! I was confident I would be in and out after test driving a car I had been interested in for months-- that was not the case, go figure!! The facility is amazing. Upon arrival you're not immediately pressured as you exit your vehicle. Staff is very inviting and willing to help. My personal experience with Ryan B. didn't feel rushed or pressured. They gave me a decent amount on my trade in. Would recommend for people looking for newer used vehicles.

We purchased a car in October 2019. The experience was good and very easy. We have been happy with our vehicle. We had issues with the Permaplate warranty we purchased. We were frustrated working through the problem, but Caleb from the Thornton store jumped in, contacted me and quickly resolved our issue. we are grateful to Caleb for his help and professionalism. It is possible to have issues at any place of business. When someone from the company works so hard to help, I find it easy to recommend the business to others.

well first off echopark is loaded with vehicles, our sales rep Brianna really took care of us. there was never a point during our visit where we felt pressured about anything, she asked what we were interested in and while we were test driving she would pull up the next vehicle so we were never just waiting around. the quality of vehicles there are all top notch and financing options there are the best i have ever seen. We purchased a vehicle and bought the warranty packages which were a complete scam!!! They looted about what was covered which was actually nothing and told us they were refundable but are now a few weeks later saying is not refundable!!! They are so terrible to work work now that the purchase is complete do not buy a vehicle from them!!!!
