Eric was fantastic. I went in on my birthday after a bad accident and was stressed and emotional. Not only did I walk out on him because I had an emotional breakdown, but I was hysterical on my birthday. He texted me and told me to was alright and got the prices where I needed them. The buying experience at the Thornton location seemed decent, but getting them to honor getting one tire replaced that was part of our purchase agreement was painful! We had to follow up at least 5 times and finally requested to have the tire replacement done at the Centennial location. They were way more customer focused and got it done.
