RecommendedWhat an easy concept went in the night before to look at a few options and get a appraisal for my trade in. The price for trade in was fair, so I scheduled and picked up my car the next day. Easy and no stress concept.

I went into EchoPark on Monday to test drive some cars and was greeted right away by friendly front desk staff. Zach was my EchoPark representative, and I couldn’t be more happy with how great his customer service was!! It was quick and none stressful for buying a vehicle. They have a great inventory of used vehicles. Would highly recommend shopping if your looking for used vehicles low mileage and prices are good. Thanks again EchoPark and Izabella who was quite knowledgeable. We’ll be back!

I will NEVER buy another car from EchoPark. Huge mistake! Bought a car and within a week of purchasing I received a “shift to park” error. I’m unable to exit the vehicle or turn it off. Super awesome being stranded in a running vehicle and unable to do anything about it. Let’s not discuss trying to contact the company. I’ve called 20+ times over the last few weeks and get a voicemail saying “we are short staffed, leave a voicemail and someone will get back to you”.
