Horrible place. I bought 2 cars in one day from them. One car had tire troubles so, after much work, we discovered that Echo Park had sold me a car with 3 different tire sizes on the car, causing a lot of problems! Before I realized that, I bought 2 new tires, expensive with good warranty, from the Jeep Dealer. Echo Park took the 2 expensive tires off, and replaced with 4 new tires b/c they realized their mistake in selling me a car with multiple size tires on it in the first place. Went in and was given the best service ever instantly. I was greeted as I came in. I was then paired up with one of the best salesperson ever!! Abram Costello was amazing gave me the best service. I went in to buy my 1st vehicle and Abram really did make it easy for me. Abram took the time to explain everything to me and this is what I call customer service. I was amazed at this place. I had no idea it was there, that I didn't have to go through haggling, that there were so many cars to choose from. I drove 120 miles to test drive an SUV I found on line, but by the time I got there, it was sold--the price was so good. Sara took us under her wing--very knowledgeable and personable. We found another car that we feel is an even better deal. We would go back if and when we're in the market. My only issue was the length of time to finish up.
