Took them 35 days to pay off a trade in, 38 days or more to work the titles. They are severely understaffed in the back and it caused us to miss a payment on a vehicle we traded in...... 35 days ago. Thanks EchoPark

I may never buy another used vehicle from any other place. My experience here was delightful. They only sell cars with less than 50,000 miles and their prices are posted to reflect their best prices. Gray was the best service sales consultant ever that saw the transaction from start to finish. He gets 8 stars out of a possible 5. Amazing service I have seen no where else. Plus, I got an amazing car!! Thank you Echo Park Thornton!!
This was my first time purchasing a vehicle. I went to numerous dealerships and felt manipulated and pressured. I spoke with Christian at Echo Park and he made my whole car buying experience easy and relaxing. He was very attentive and respected my wishes. Ask for Christian if you ever go to the Thornton location!
The process was very fast and good selection of vehicles.
I spent about a month to find the car I really liked- the staff at ECHO Park was wonderful in taking the time with me so that I felt comfortable with all the new technology involved with a much newer vehicle. It is a computer on wheels and even after I bought my dream vehicle I went back and one of the staff I had worked with before spent another hour with me in my newer car showing me how to do things!
