RecommendedVisited this location twice this week in search of a specific car. Purchased one today. Worked with Zac. Great experience. Absolutely no pressure. Best car buying experience. In and out with the car in less than two hours. Won’t buy new again.
Best car buying experience ever. Between my wife and I both test driving, chatting with our sales person Adam, and all the paperwork, we walked in and drove home with our new car in just over an hour. Adam was amazing overall with his knowledge about every car that we looked at. He was extremely friendly, we never felt pressured and in fact we went back to Echo Park partly for their reputation, but mostly for Adam. Will never buy another car from anywhere else or anyone else. Thank you!
Warning to all come here: This company will feed you a line of BS about your manufacturer warranty just to get you to sign the sales contract. I won't be buying my next vehicle from them and you should consider the same. I am sure they will delete my post pronto but maybe one or two people will benefit before they do.
Jonathan Dover was our experience guide. He was very helpful and got us the Jeep we wanted. We enjoyed the relaxed approach to sales that he used. The Jeep was a 40th Anniversary present for both of us. Thanks for all the help Jonathan.

I have always hated the prospect of buying a car. The haggling, and then the hours waiting with financing. Echo Park was truly a pleasure. Once I had driven the car and decided to move forward the entire process took about 3 hours. Including the trade-in assessment on my car. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. Your website is great for looking at your inventory. I spent a couple of weeks ahead of our purchase looking for the vehicle we wanted. This made things that much easier. They knew the vehicle I wanted to look at when we got there. The vehicle was as described and then some. Dalia took great care of us and the whole process took less than 2 hours from arriving, test drive, paperwork, washing and cleaning and filling the gas tank, to driving the car off the lot. Defintiely recommend and will return for future purchases.
I did not have good experience. I try my best to buy one of the vehicles but they make the process impossible, and after speaking with two people they sales the vehicle to somebody else, luckily I did not buy my flight ticket, because it will be a disaster flight to Colorado from NJ for nothing. it probably works for people who leave local.
The sales people at Echo Park were very accommodating, honest & knowledgeable. The process of purchasing a vehicle from them was pleasant & satisfactory. 😁
