This recommendation is for the car wash. I purchased my vehicle at a different location far from my home and the Thornton location is still a ways from my home but I would like to get my car washed with my free car wash service you all supposedly offer. I've tried to get it washed for the last 2 months at this location and everytime I go there is always an issue and end up having to pay for a car wash somewhere else. Super annoying.

Extremely poor. customer service. I will never waste my time or money with this dealership again. However, the way I was treated shows they do not value the individual customer.
RecommendedVisited this location twice this week in search of a specific car. Purchased one today. Worked with Zac. Great experience. Absolutely no pressure. Best car buying experience. In and out with the car in less than two hours. Won’t buy new again.

Between my wife and I both test driving, chatting with our sales person Adam, and all the paperwork, we walked in and drove home with our new car in just over an hour. Adam was amazing overall with his knowledge about every car that we looked at. He was extremely friendly, we never felt pressured and in fact we went back to Echo Park partly for their reputation, but mostly for Adam. Will never buy another car from anywhere else or anyone else. Thank you!
Warning to all come here: This company will feed you a line of BS about your manufacturer warranty just to get you to sign the sales contract. I won't be buying my next vehicle from them and you should consider the same. I am sure they will delete my post pronto but maybe one or two people will benefit before they do.
RecommendedJonathan Dover was our experience guide. He was very helpful and got us the Jeep we wanted. We enjoyed the relaxed approach to sales that he used. The Jeep was a 40th Anniversary present for both of us. Thanks for all the help Jonathan.
