Mad props to Shaun Satterfield of EchoPark Automotive for catering to quite possibly the most unknowledgeable, indecisive, and panic stricken first-time car shopper ever. 2 months ago I had no idea how much cars even cost, and now I own a badass 2014 Toyota Highlander XLE with ALL the leather and high tech stuff that I totally don't need, but ended up really wanting. I would highly recommend EchoPark. There was no pressure to buy, and when I found the car I wanted they had it brought down from another location so I could test drive it. Once I bought the car they took it through the car wash, shined the tires, and topped it off with gas for me. I wasn't swarmed by employees the second I got there and I was able to take my time with every thing.
TJ and manager Blake were great! I came in not knowing what I wanted, TJ let me browse around, appraised what was my current jeep and was very nice and helpful. after the 2 jeeps I wanted to look at, sold, they had the 3rd transferred from Cenntenial that same day. TJ was not pushy and very easy and great to work with. overall a very good car buying experience!
We purchased a Jeep Cherokee at Echo Park Thornton. We walked thru the lot and knew what we wanted to test drive. Found the car we wanted and went thru the process. It was painless and took very little time. We were in and out. I would recommend Echo Park to anyone buying a vehicle. Great place to buy a car!
