I would highly recommend EchoPark. There was no pressure to buy, and when I found the car I wanted they had it brought down from another location so I could test drive it. Once I bought the car they took it through the car wash, shined the tires, and topped it off with gas for me. I wasn't swarmed by employees the second I got there and I was able to take my time with every thing.
TJ and manager Blake were great! I came in not knowing what I wanted, TJ let me browse around, appraised what was my current jeep and was very nice and helpful. after the 2 jeeps I wanted to look at, sold, they had the 3rd transferred from Cenntenial that same day. TJ was not pushy and very easy and great to work with. overall a very good car buying experience!
We purchased a Jeep Cherokee at Echo Park Thornton. We walked thru the lot and knew what we wanted to test drive. Found the car we wanted and went thru the process. It was painless and took very little time. We were in and out. I would recommend Echo Park to anyone buying a vehicle. Great place to buy a car!
I highly recommend Brandon in sales. He is 100% honest, great to work with, full of excellent information, and I will most definitely be working with him again when we purchase our next vehicle from EchoPark! After correction from the service department's mix-up, I am very satisfied in their ability to complete work properly. They are quick, efficient, and do quality work!
James was the best. They got me a crazy good trade in value for my old car. The car I wanted was better than I imagined. James did everything for me. It was such a nice facility to wait in... even though it hardly took anytime. The experience was better than I could have imagined. I now have a Ford C-max Enegi hybrid. It's the car of my dreams and I can't believe how much I'm saving on gas. I will never go to another dealership. Oh... and free car washes for life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mic drop. Thanks James! �
