I started with Echo Park with an excellent service when I bought my car but their maintenance and repair department have exceeded my expectation they even sent of me I rent a car to get my day through and I returned it back when they fixed my car the same day amazing
I had to buy a car because mine was totaled in an accident. The experience at Echo Park was great. Our salesman, Shaun was patient with me (I had NO idea what kind of car I wanted so he showed me a ton)and knowledgeable about all of them. The financing department was great as well. I would definitely recommend Echo Park if you are looking for a car.
On our drive out to Echo Park my husband recalled stories of nightmarish experiences he had had with car salesmen in the past, so he was skeptical. The best experience I have had buying a car. I had to buy a new car due to mine being totalled out due to hail storm. I was not looking forward to going thru that awful experience with car salesman and dealers. Echo Park changed all that. Michael was the best , very friendly and helpful.
