We had a amazing experience here shaun and ryan were very helpful and super knowledgeable. Any questions we had if they didnt know they got the answer right away. We went to 2 different chevy dealerships and they didnt have any knowledge at all about chevy. I would suggest to every one i know

Had the best experience with Ryan Kane he was so professional and personable. We were coming just to look and get an idea of what we want but he didn't disappoint with our trade in offer. He also had a lot of patience in showing us a ton of options as we were not sure what exactly we wanted. We will definitely return and ask for him again when looking for another car in the future. 5 stars for Ryan!!!!
After several months of avoiding the car buying experience due to the hassle and overbearing sales approach I have become accustom to, I decided to stop in at Echo Park to take a look around. I was greeted by Ryan Kane who couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating. Ryan took the time to listen to our needs as a family and with zero pressure, found the perfect vehicle that checked all the boxes. Thank you Echo Park and a HUGE thanks to Ryan for his top notch customer service.
Our experience here has been nothing but outstanding. From the moment we walked through the door I felt comfortable. There was absolutely no pressure and our Experience Guide, Ryan Kane listened to and met our needs as a family. We dreaded the paperwork end of things but Ryan made it super easy. The best part is, we didn't have to sit and do paperwork for four hours! Everything was done on the IPad. We will definitely come back again in the future.
