My husband and I purchased a 2013 Toyota Highlander from EchoPark. The car was very clean when we test drove it. The entire place was the cleanest car place I have ever been in and I have been in a few. Jen Jossie was amazing and extremely helpful. The paperwork was streamlined and to the point. A few details came up after we picked up the car, but they are being handled quickly and all our calls and or texts are answered right away. Even when it is the representatives day off - thank you!
The car that I bought from echo park was a lemon so be careful of what you get i have put more money in the car than the car is worth
Ok,I don't usually do this, but EchoPark asked and they really did do everything right, so here goes. I bought a car at their Thornton location and it really was unlike any other car buying experience. The place looks more like an Apple store or a Starbucks than a used car dealership. It's actually fun to hang out in. They had over 800 clean cars of all makes. Briana was great. No haggle just BELOW BOOK pricing, fun experience, and a 90 day warranty. We just bought a Honda CR-V and couldn't be happier!!! Not only did we have a 6 year old with us but we had our 15 weeks old puppy as well!!! Everyone at EchoPark made us feel welcome and appreciated. Best car buying experience in the world!! Thank you Bre and the EchoPark Thornton team!!!

I bought a great car from here I'm so happy and their warranty is awesome! Amiee was so helpful, nice, and so upbeat. I've heard horror story's about cars salesmen but not here! Highly recommended! (Make sure you get Amiee!)
