You will never have our business! I am absolutely DISGUSTED with your low ball crappy offer! The car was bought FROM YOU guys...yet you low ball us like we are idiots! $3500 for a 2009 Subaru Forester with 70433 miles on it?....Even at an auction it would go for more...If you guys need the money that bad...that only send RED FLAGS!! I will be contacting your corporate office....this is disgusting! If this is how you guys operate then that is sad...YOU SOLD THE CAR!!

My husband and I purchased a 2013 Toyota Highlander from EchoPark. The car was very clean when we test drove it. The entire place was the cleanest car place I have ever been in and I have been in a few. Jen Jossie was amazing and extremely helpful. The paperwork was streamlined and to the point. A few details came up after we picked up the car, but they are being handled quickly and all our calls and or texts are answered right away. Even when it is the representatives day off - thank you!
The car that I bought from echo park was a lemon so be careful of what you get i have put more money in the car than the car is worth

Ok,I don't usually do this, but EchoPark asked and they really did do everything right, so here goes. I bought a car at their Thornton location and it really was unlike any other car buying experience. The place looks more like an Apple store or a Starbucks than a used car dealership. It's actually fun to hang out in. They had over 800 clean cars of all makes. Briana was great. No haggle just BELOW BOOK pricing, fun experience, and a 90 day warranty.
