First of all, all the employees at Echo Park are really nice. I had the privilege and pleasure to work with Shaun & George. They made my 1st car buying experience a non stressful one. They told me EVERYTHING I needed to know as a first time customer. I left not only with my new car, but I also learned that Echo Park will go all the way to satisfy their customers. I highly recommend Echo Park to anyone looking to buy a car.

I was told my oil change and tire rotation would take just over an hour. It took 2 hours. I watched the work on my truck. The tire rotation was not done correctly. The first 30 minutes it sat in the stall the only thing the tech did was put washer fluid in the reservoir. Since my first review Joe a manger there contacted me quickly. He reversed my charges and gave me a free oil change next time. Thanks for the courtesy and attention. That is what changed my review to a 5.
Brandon was the most helpful sales person I have ever dealt with. no pressure to sell me something that I wasn't interested in. He listened to me and found me the vehicle that I was looking for. The whole car buying process was very pleasant and very quick. I got there at 9:15 and was out the door with my new truck in just over 2 hours. I would tell anyone looking to buy a vehicle to go to the Thornton Echo Park and ask for Brandon. He will treat you with respect and do his best to find you the perfect car.
Ryan Kane made this the BEST experience for me. My car was totaled earlier in the week and I only had a week with a rental. Needless to say I felt super rushed. Ryan made my experience so easy and took all the "feeling rushed" away. Ryan did such a great job of explaining everything to us and also did an amazing job handling my Husband, who can be a handful lol! THANKS SO MUCH RYAN and all the staff at Echo Park Thornton location. Next time we need a new car this will be our only stop.
