I booked my appointment a couple of months in advance, but a couple of days before I was due in they had a water issue and let me know it would need to be cancelled. In the end, they managed to make it work, which I massively appreciated, as it was the day before my wedding. The team were wonderful throughout. They offered me a glass of Prosecco during my appointment, making the whole experience feel really special, and even gave me a little gift bag to take away with me. I had a fantastic experience this week. Ciara was warm and put me at complete ease with making the decision to cut in a fringe. All staff were friendly and I’ll definitely be coming back.

came here about a week ago to get a quick cut and blow dry. Chiara was soso lovely and kind! talked me through what she was going to do, gave such a relaxing scalp massage during the wash, and blow dried it to perfection!! i wish i took a photo to show because it was really so beautiful 🥹 i arrived and was greeted with some tea and a cookie all the staff were extremely warming and welcoming, i immediately felt comfortable. would definitely come again for my next cut!! thank you Chiara and East Putney team!!
