I recommend the service dept and Ron Q as a sales person. They helped my to fix my current Ford and looked at getting me into another one at a price I could afford. If your looking for a new or used car ask for Ron Q and you will be surprised at what they can do.

Crappy service really bad used to have great service for years with Suzette bean of course she is not a service advisor anymore tried to leave a no star review on yelp tonite but one star was the least I could leave for this sorry dealership.
Took in my 2013 Ford Edge because the backup camera was not working. It was there 2 days before service advisor called. Charged me $76 diagnostic fee which found out the 'camera was not working'. They quoted me almost $800 cost to replace camera. I picked up my car and will never return. Checked genuine Ford parts on Internet. A replacement camera costs about $286
Doug was a wonderful help, making it very easy to understand what was going on, and also being upfront and honest with what was going on with my vehicle.
