Charged daughter for work that was covered under extended warranty and would not call warranty company to verify! Now she has to take more of her time to go back and get refund! Not impressed

Everyone I’ve worked with over the years strives to do a great job and provide great customer service. The only issue is that their systems and processes sometimes get in the way.

Worst Customer service I have experienced by a dealer. I was lied to by the "Ron" the sales manager. Do not trust them!

Had a recall on my 2013 Ford Fusion, made an appointment with my service advisor Suzie for Monday morning, they kept it overnight, following Tuesday I got a call from my service advisor Suzie and she said to come to pick it up. I requested a shuttle to be picked up and taken to the dealership. No charge due to the recall, the exterior of my car was washed, I drove away happy.
