I recently visited Earnhardt Ford's Quick Lane for scheduled maintenance on my vehicle. Upon inspection, it was discovered that one of my rims was cracked, making my vehicle unsafe to drive. Kevin, the Quick Lane Manager, made what would have otherwise been a very stressful experience into a very smooth, speedy, and stress-free situation. I will definitely return for future maintenance. I was very impressed by the service provided to me!

We took our new Edge in for 5000 mile check. Had a great experience as with every aspect of Earnhardt. From sales to service. We have absolutely no complaints.

I took my car in for 3 simple warranty items. It took 3 days for them to be completed (and would have taken 4 if I hadn't insisted on getting my car back). When I asked the service manager how long it should have taken to fix the problems she said "No more than a day to a day and a half." She said the time that was taken was unacceptable, but she could NOT guarantee it would be any better next time. I guess that says it all about Earnhardt's commitment to customer service.

Earnhardt Ford and Laurie McClellan are the only names we think of when it's time for that new car. We just received a great deal on a 2017 Mustang GT Premium. Someone asked me if this is a mid-life crisis. So I said, "Nope I'm way beyond the mid-point is my life. This is just another check mark on my Bucket List." Zero to 60 in 4.3 seconds. But, do I need that kind of performance? I think I do... Thanks Earnhardt Ford and Laurie McClellan. You made an old guy really, really happy!!!!

Took my Ford in to have the airbag light checked out. Made an appointment at 3:30, was told after that my car wouldn't be looked at until the following day. Why make an appointment of they aren't looking at it that day? The rep didn't help me get a ride or suggest a rental. I had to ask about the shuttle, and then waited over an hour for a ride home. The driver of the shuttle was not friendly either, but i was just glad to be home. The following day I had to call Gena for an update on my car. I am very disappointed in the se... read more
