I recently purchased a 2017 Ford Escape from them. It was actually one of the best car purchasing experiences I have ever had. Connie Mueller was my sales person and she worked in finding me just the vehicle I wanted. While the waiting for the finance office was a bit tedious, Connie spent the time visiting with me so it really wasn't that bad. All in all a very positive experience.
My long term service rep, Eric, processed my Mustang into service at my appointment time. The repair did not take as long as projected. I am pleased by the service of this dealership. Overall, another good experience from Earnhardt Ford and "that's no bull"!
I love these guys. This was my second car I've gotten here! Everyone was nice and friendly and helpful. I will always get my cars through them!
I never have a problem with the service. Always have good experience. I do however think that 1.5 hours for a job I know to have only taken about 30 to 40 minutes is ridiculous. The labor was outrageous. Not impressed with sales people approaching me to trade in my vehicle while I wait either. If I wanted to buy a car I would be out looking while I wait. Not sitting inside.
I have been an Earnhardt Ford customer for many years, I think I am on my 8th vehicle. I am always greeted like family and all the departments will always give a shout out but more important, the service is second to none. Shout out to Eric my service advisor, Tony my wife's favorite salesperson and to Tex and Larry for an awesome crew and experience.👍🏻👏
we have owned 2 ford pickups a 150 and this 250 have always been very satisfied with Earnhardt sales and service would recommend them to anyone. We love our diesel glad we bought it.

Our family had a great buying experience at Earnhardt Ford on I-10 and Ray. We were honest upon arrival that we were deciding between two different vehicles...a Ford and a Toyota and were just there to test drive the Ford. Michael Jackson answered all our questions, but was not pushy. We returned a couple of days later and purchased the Ford.
