Service advisor was welcoming. Shortly after walking in the atmosphere was different, I felt like a bother and wanted to quickly be done and drama at the Service desk. I just felt uncomfortable, I'll be having my recommended services done elsewhere.
Nice people. Great help. Got out with a new car same day. True to their slogan "NO BULL". I hope I will no problem dealing with them in the future in case I get car problems just like in the reviews below. Thank you Chris Naylor :). GBU.
Worst customer service! Took my truck there 6 times to fix an interior part and always the same thing. We just popped it back in place so need to worry. Told them 6 times that the whole part needs to be replaced and they would not listen. Will not be going back.

I will not be giving this place any business ever again! The service advisor Gary was told by me that I needed the speedometer sensor replaced. I waited for over 2 hours and was told that my car needed over $1000 worth of "labor intensive work due to a worn out transmission fluid seal that needed to be replaced" that has NOTHING to do with a speedometer sensor! This place is a joke, they don't care about you after you buy a vehicle from them. The quick lane service department is full of people only interested in making you buy things you don't need and they won't perform services that you request because of so called safety issues. Get a grip on yourself, I will never bring my vehicle back there again or ever recommend these thieves to anybody else. Everyone do your self a favor and stay far away from this place!!!

Every time I come in with a problem on my car I have Eric Buttrey help me out. He is so amazing! I never have to worry about anything. He is fast and courteous. I really appreciate his customer service.
