The service department is terrible, nothing but a bunch of runaround, lies and wait.
Was traveling out of town and needed an oil change. Earnhardt Ford got me right in, was done in a jiffy and I was back on the road again in no time. Great service and friendly staff.

Hated the thought of needing to take my Ford in for warranty work, but Earnhardt completely surprised me. After checking in, I was back on my way within minutes with a nearly free rental to use until my work was completed. Upon delivery my vehicle was cleaned and ready to go!

Just had my beautiful 2013 F-150 get a recall fixed on my breaks! Love Geena in service and my favorite mechanic Chad!!! I won't even get started bragging on Laurie who sold me the truck! I won't go anyplace else!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Mel in car service was great. He did all he could to get my Edge fixed asap. I had an appointment but car was acting up and I was afraid to drive it. Mel got me in earlier then my appointment and it was fixed the next day. I was very pleased since the Edge is my only means of transportation. Great job, Earnhardt Ford.

I have been using Earnhardt Ford almost exclusively for the maintenance of my 2003 Lincoln Towncar, since Tempe Lincoln Mercury closed. I have been very satisfied overall and in many cases they have gone above and beyond what might be expected of a service facility. In fact, this past Wednesday, one of the executives of the dealership drove my car with me in the passenger seat to help diagnose what was causing the vibration in the car.
