went here just to look and had the best experience here at the I-10 and Ray Rd location . yes walked out getting a car and Anthony was there helping anyway possible. He did everything possible to get me a great deal and didn't feel pressured into anything it was pretty mych about what i wanted and needed. been having minor things wrong since getting the car and called in to let them know they were very accommodating in the service department. and even gave me a rental till mine is fixed. I bought a used fusion in October 2015 and bring it into the Quick Lane for all my service, including car washes. I love the staff there, including the technicians. Everyone is friendly, polite and always makes sure I get what I need. I see no reason to ever go anywhere else. Thank you Earnhardt and the Quick Lane staff!
I've been wanting and looking at the Ford Escapes for a year now. I finally was able to purchase my first vehicle. Working with Windy and Andre was completely easy. Went to Earnhardt Ford for the special financing program as my daughter is a first time buyer, lets just say they didn't even entertain her or give her any "special financing" options! Horrible experience for a young, first time, vulnerable person!

I bought a 2012 2500 dodge hd with a cummins diesel. When we bought it they told us they were giving us paint protection as well as a bed liner after reviewing the paperwork after it was signed come to find out they charged us for both items instead of giving us both as we agreed upon before. Within 1 week of owning the truck we had to replace both batteries and alternator. My wife and I have proudly bought our 5th vehicle from the Earnhardt dealerships. For the 2nd time it was from the Ford location and we had Windy as our saleswoman. She was wonderful and very patient. She worked with us for 2 days and was there through phone, text and in person.
