Anyone shopping for a Ford should see Windy Barnes! She is THE best Saleswoman they have...listens to exactly what the customer wants, offers professional advice, knows the vehicles (and I mean all the vehicles) as if she built them, and makes the experience fun and pleasurable. Windy makes you feel comfortable and has a no-pressure approach which makes the experience much easier.
I had the pleasure of working with Windy Barnes when I was out and about looking at vehicles. I came in to test drive the Ford Fusion and she gave me the rundown of how that car worked. Windy was very knowledgable of the car's bells and whistles and how efficient it was on gas. I felt no pressure to buy from Windy during my entire time at Earnhardt which led to a very enjoyable customer experience. I know when I'm ready to purchase I'll be back looking for Windy to help guide me to the right car/truck purchase.
