The service was great. I bought the truck at Earnhardt 18 years ago. Have always taken it in for service. In a couple of instances they went above and beyond. The people are very courtest and helpful.

we had a bad experience with them 6 years ago, but they were the only dealer tat had the car i wanted in stock so we took a chance. So glad we did. Our salesman Derrik Bunting is AMAZING!!!! We enjoyed working with him so much e bought a car and a truck today. Ryan in finance is the best we're have ever worked with, and is seriously a customer advocate. The delivery team could not have done a better job!! We will be loyal customers from now on!!!
Awful service department, the lady who is the service advisor is rude and condescending. They give you a appointment but then tell they aren’t going to look at your car till the next day. So you drop your car off and have to wait more then 24 hours to know what’s wrong. So because of the lack of customer service and rude service advisor we decided not to have our car serviced at this place. I would definitely not recommend the service department!
