I bought my 2005 Ford Ranger from Earnhardt and I love this truck to death. I've been looking for a clean Ranger for years. When one came in my sale person Windy Barnes called me right away. It was real clean and only 59k on it, it was like brand new. It was even in black which was a pulse. Windy got me in and out in a couple of hours. Best car buying experience ever.
Windy Barnes was amazing! She totally took care of me and got me an awesome deal on a Ford Escape (this has been my dream car for 3 years) in the perfect color for me! She was kind, caring, super fun, knowledgeable , and did I mention she gave me an awesome deal when I didn't even think I could buy it! I had a wonderful experience with Earnhardt Ford Service last week. My 2015 Ford Focus was experiencing transmission issues, and Gena Lee at the Service Center helped me set up an appointment, explained what they could do for me, gave me a timeline of the repair and offered me a courtesy ride home after leaving the car. I was called each day they had the car with a review of what all they had done and an estimate of a completion time. All was just as she told me, and my car seems to be in great condition now!
Can I give them a 1/2 star ? Ron a salesman who apparently has been scamming people for 25 years struck again. I came in a month ago and negotiated a deal on leasing a new explorer. We settled on me having to come back so that my other lease was finished. Here I am one month later and now they won’t honor this deal. One guy is telling me leasing specials got better while Ron is telling me they changed and would increase my payment by $100/month. Bought one car from them previous had my own financing went back today to look at a Van sales guy passed me off to the “special servicing guy” who did absolutely nothing for me and not to mention the original sales guy took my license and left so i waited for almost 45 minutes for him to return with it! Special servicing guy came out to tell me the original guy is going to get fired and began to laugh and say he deserves it!! This place is a joke and very unprofessional! I will not be going back there again!
