I was able to get an awesome deal for a brand new 2017 Focus SE for 14,900 and Finance Manager Ryan Plunkett pulled some strings (since I was a first time car buyer) for me to get the deal finalized. Had a very positive experience purchasing a Mustang from Earnhardt Ford in Chandler; Tony was the salesman. Also, returned to check on something and were very impressed with their customer-focused service department, which is organized to be efficient and convenient for the customer. (Oh they provide snacks and beverages while you wait for service :). Now that poor Arizona Mustang is in Michigan and covered with snow. Too bad :(
Every time I go there Ron Q is always on me to buy a car even 2 months after I had bought one from him and everything is a pain to get taken care of. Once you buy the car I feel they don't care about you until you're there to buy another. Will never go there again.
Once again, Earnhardt Ford proved they are customer friendly!! Due to medical issues, I had been unable to get my Escape in for it's scheduled service. Suzie Famoso arranged to pick up my vehicle (leaving her own here for me if needed). The service was completed and the following afternoon, she again arranged for my vehicle to be brought back to me by one of the technicians. Words of THANKS are not enough to express how grateful I am for Suzie and Earnhardt Ford!!!
