I had an excellent experience with this facility. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I worked with Windy, who did an amazing job finding my dream truck. She was very thorough in searching and ultimately landed the sale because of her warm, charismatic personality.

Worst Customer Service ever, not once but twice, I know my fault for going back the second time... not a friendly/inviting service..
I bought a 2015 Focus Titanium new from this dealer. This car has a bad transmission in it, which Ford has been sued over. Their service department pretends to not know about this and says that it wouldn't be covered by warranty. They will charge you for warranty work and lie about what your warranty covers. They also do not offer loaner vehicles and will make you pay the onsite Enterprise office to rent a car. I took my car to another dealer and they honored the warranty and fixed it for free.
