Earnhardt told me two weeks ago that my rear brake pads were at less than 1 mm and I needed to replace both pads and rotors. Took the car to Firestone today for a second opinion and they said the rear brake pads were only halfway worn down. 🤨
Don’t buy a vehicle from here. Service department has been terrible. 6 months been getting run around on a recall issue with my truck, and they want me to pay for transportation to and from their dealership so they can have my vehicle overnight to fix the defect in the vehicle they sold. I asked for a loaner. Apparently Ford doesn’t reimburse them for a loaner. I guess it’s worth losing any referral business over. This isn’t the only poor experience with Service here.
