These folks found me the car I wanted and had it at their store when they promised. Keith Hutchins and Chavis Rachel were gentlemen to deal with. They did not high-pressure me and I felt as if they were enjoying their jobs. I can recommend shopping for a VW with them.

When we entered the market for a car two factors were most important; coolness of the car and brand quality. For the money, VW was an easy decision because the quality is up there with BMW and Audi, but for some reason VW didn't charge as much for it. I bought a VW Jetta yesterday from Gene Isaac at Southern States VW, and it was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Gene was very low pressure....actually no pressure at all, but was very helpful and pleasant and easy to deal with. Everyone else at the dealership was very friendly also.
