This was a perfect buying experience from beginning to end. Rod Miller was courteous professional and helpful. The salesman Artur B was the best I have encountered. Easy to work with, worked around my schedule, had plenty of vehicles to choose from, thoroughly explained financing options, ultimately made the deal work for me, was in a out in a couple hours.
Standard oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. They were timely and helpful.

Southern States has some awesome people there. All of there Techs are seasoned and definitely know what they are doing. Sam the service manager is a nice guy and helped me with two recalls I had on my 07 Jetta. The car is great and is by far the most fun to drive car I have ever owned!.. My wife and I were on an east coast trip in May of 2012 when I left my lights on over night killed the battery and had to get the security code reboot to start the car. This happened on a Saturday afternoon as we were getting ready to leave for an hour and a half ride to our next visit. Bill Rate and Andrew Biesemeir, service advisors, got us in and out in about an hour. Friendly and prompt service. Thanks again from a Wisconsin TDI owner.

I own a 2012 Passat S from this dealership. This service here is always great! They are always going out of there way to help their customers. I went in today to get a new tire, they did not have the tire I wanted in stock so they provided me with a brand new Passat SE to drive until my baby is ready.
Keith Hutchins was a delight to work with. Not only is he is friendly and very knowledgeable about the VW product line, but he is enthusiastic about the company and the various models that we looked at. Before taking a couple of test drives in the two different models, he went over their characteristics and tried to help me understand some of the mechanics behind the great handling that they have.
