This was a perfect buying experience from beginning to end. Rod Miller was courteous professional and helpful. The salesman Artur B was the best I have encountered. He was attentive and listened to my needs. His explanation of the car and test drive sold me. He followed up and made me feel important. Handling the paperwork with Chavis was a pleasure as well. An excellent experience. I agree with other reviewers about the professionalism of Keith. He's knowledgeable and provided everything needed to make a well informed and comfortable decision. Keith handled our trade with ease, negotiations were pleasant and professional, and we left with our new vehicle, very happy! We recommend Keith and Chavis (the finance guy!) to anyone considering a VW - forget those other guys!
I will definitely return to Southern States Volkswagen for my future service and (potential) sales needs in the future.
