We paid to have our vehicle certified with the extended warranty. They told us that it was a bumper to bumper warranty. Had a problem with the back light on the lift gate. It is a Ford problem that they won’t fix. Of course Duncan you guessed it told us that it wasn’t covered. You can’t believe anyone now a days. 👎

i would assign zero stars. this dealer ship has been extremely difficult to work with. i retired a 23 yr old SUV with underbody rust to purchase what i thought was a great 2005 mazda tribute. the rear wheel well rust on both sides appeared in only a yr. duncan offered to replace the vehicle but all they have given me to test drive is a rusted 2005 ford escape (but only rusted on the one rear wheel well!). when the state police investigated the Escape, i was told by the officer that Duncan is known for 'glopping' on underbody... read more
