I have brought my Taurus to Duncan for service a few times now and they have always done a great job and been very friendly. My most recent service was due to my car dripping a tiny bit of oil. Stephen in the service department worked with my schedule to get me in, worked with Ford to get everything approved through warranty, and even got me a loaner vehicle while my repairs were being done.
These folks are top notch. Every effort was made to make sure we were satisfied with all the details. Highly recommend.

Guy Houseman was awesome. I've had too many experiences that a salesman only talks to my husband - not true with guy! He answered both of our questions and called us both by our first names the whole time. I found the vehicle on CarGuru without pictures because it wasn't even on the lot yet. Guy worked with us on timing our test drive, our trade in and after we did buy the SUV. The process was actually easy. Five stars.
I was heartbroken when I had to replace my previous Mazda due to a stupid deer. But I went in with a wish list including a payment I knew I could make. I was sure I wouldn't get it all and would have to settle. Steve Price found me the car of my dreams with a payment that was UNDER my wish (by $2.00, but still under). He still checks in about my car 4 1/2 years later. My whole family sees him for their car needs.
We have purchased several vehicles from Jerry McCann over the years. Jerry is a very good friend and a wonderful sales person.
