Took our ford focus in for a bad tcm, drove home 10 miles and our catalytic converter has gone bad. They say in no way are they or the faulty tcm are responsible. Sure, in the 10 miles home after you just ran the codes to make sure it's operating correctly, that's when it finally reached its breaking point.
Steve Price helped me find the perfect car to fit my needs. He also was very kind and answered my thousand weird questions. Justin in finance (I hope that’s his name) made that part actually enjoyable. The whole experience was delightful. I also had a 5 year old with me for the paperwork part and Steve had plenty to keep him entertained while we went over the details. This is my second car bought from Steve and Duncan and I have been happy with the experience.
