Great customer service! My car messed up last night and my dad figured out my car had a recall for the problem. My dad drove an hour to help me get it fixed. Called Duncan to see if they had the part and could help. Was told at first they couldn’t do it until Tuesday but I really needed my car fixed since I live an hour away from my family and it is the only means of transportation for myself and 2 year old daughter. I bought my Mazda CX-5 a few days ago. Dave Ramsey was very helpful with any questions that we had about some of the details on this particular car. Even though we did leave with a service appointment regarding a problem with an app, it got resolved, and the whole thing turned out to be a great experience.

The dealer where I bought my truck changed hands and service went down hill so I decided to give Duncan Ford service a try. WOW. Oil change package and state inspection? No problem. I was having an intermitent problem with the engine sometimes being hard to start. Todd Monthgomery the service advisor warned it is hard to find intermitent problems but suggeested a fuel induction cleaning. Great call - and my2010 now runs like new. Good people and great service
We bought a 2016 Ford F350 Crew Cab Diesel here from Steve Akers. Very quick and to the point sale. Was well worth the 45 min drive one way. Absolutly love the truck. Thanks Steve and Duncan Ford!

Bought a used Toyota Tundra from Ryan here at Duncan Ford and was nothing but great. Very friendly and helpful staff. Ryan went out of his way to stay after hours to work with me to get things finalized with my purchase. Awesome salesman, not pushy at all and catered to my work schedule.
