I bought a 2018 ford explorer. Love the SUV. The people that I had to deal with were awesome. I recommend you ask for Kathleene. She was a really good salesperson, not pushy, and really listen to what i wanted in my new car. After all the papers were signed she explained all the new tech. that was on the dash and answered all my questions. Will go back to them for my next car, but I hope that is years away. LOL Keep telling myself; must miss the deers.
I bought a 2005 Dodge Ram 2500 from Duncan and it was the biggest pice of junk I’ve ever owned! They covered up a lot of stuff to make it look like a nice truck. They kept making me take it to hometown auto which was also a joke! They messed up my turbo they put on and wouldn’t fix it! I do not recommend buying anything from Duncan and I will never return to them

Very friendly and helpful with our purchase of a new 2018 Ford Escape. We were treated with respect and showed all over the compound and met the staff that will be taking care of our Escape. Overall a great experience. Thanks to Ron Ginger for explaining all the new gadgets on the dash and answering all my questions.
Bought a used as-is truck, which ran 160 miles and died. It happens. Owner refused to take our call, return our call, or see us when when we went in several times. Told us (though salesperson) to talk to sales manager, who also refused to take our call, return call, or see us. Told us to deal with our salesperson. Who was very nice, but limited in what he could do. My issue is in lack of response from anyone other than our salesperson.
the entire staff that we dealt with Ron Ginger, Gerry McCann, finance manager Justin made sure that we walked out with the vehicle that we wanted and we're looking at. a deal was worked that I am sure 99.9% of the dealerships would not work for us. we had been to another dealership in the Roanoke Valley and they were less than cooperative. if you are looking for a new or used vehicle this is the dealership you need to see
