Steve Price was amazing to work with - he's always busy but never made us feel rushed through the transaction. They didn't have the Explorer I was looking for on the lot so Steve did some research and we decided it was better to order the vehicle rather than ship it from another dealer. My 2016 Explorer Sport arrived quickly and as promised - this is the 6th vehicle my family has purchased from Duncan and it won't be the last.
Been to Duncan's service department many times for mechanical work on my Mazda bought at another dealership and have been treated so well. They diagnose issues quickly and thoroughly and are always grateful for your business. Being a frequent flyer there with my pre-owned vehicle, they have taken such good care of me and my car. I have purchased my second car from this dealership and I have not been disappointed about the first nor the second car I bought. I enjoyed my expirience and made new friends. I purchased a vehicle at the dealership yesterday. The service I encountered from start to finish was nothing short of top notch.
