Had my Taurus in for repairs. When it was finished, I paid my part but they would not release my car until warranty company paid their part. They had my car over 48 extra hours after I had paid. I was given incorrect info about times they were open and when I went to pick it up, they were closed. Then, my car wouldn't start.
