Mr. Wilson was very courteous and professional. Not only did he show up on time, but he cleaned debris from around the pump, finished the project early and provided tips to keep the sump pump operating efficiently. I will definitely use for any future plumbing jobs and recommend to friends and family!
He arrived on time with all the proper equipment. He tested not only the sump pump but all electrical connections. He explained exactly what he was going to do and then properly installed the pump on a platform above the foundations of the house to avoid gravel breaking the pump. We were very impressed with how clean his work was and thorough.
The service provided was excellent. For both appointments (initial assessment/quote and installation) Patrick arrived on schedule. He was very professional, communicated very well the issues and the resolution. When he arrived for the installation he recommended that he enter through the basement to ensure that no dirt or mud was tracked through the house (it had been raining for several days).
