Patrick arrived on time was very personable. He resolved the problem efficiently. He also provided me with recommendations for avoiding a repeat of a similar clog. I would definitely recommend Drain Pro Services to anyone that has clogged drains. As a side note... I often use my dog as a character judge, if my dog likes you that's a good thing (my dog loved Patrick).

Prompt, polite, professional, and got the job done on time and within budget! I compared with other "Major" providers in this are and some charge twice as much. I really liked how flexible Patrick was regarding my schedule and was happy when he showed up exactly on time... I've had other companies reschedule on me which can be tough considering I have to take time off from my position in Washington DC to be home to meet service providers. A+ Service!
