My technician Patrick was great!! He installed and replaced my sump pump, cleaned out my drain which had some leaves, and returned when I had an issue which we found out was due to the heavy rains and something else, not the pump. He took the time to reinspect the pump, and help me clean the water that had built up in my home due to the heavy rains we have been having. I called and received same day service to replace a sump pump. one year warranty for parts and labor for a great price. Great customer service and polite.
After the initial inspection visit, I asked for a formal estimate showing material and labor break out in order for me to compare with other quotes, and to make an informed decision. Contractors no longer give you formal estimates with material and labor break out, they lump both prices into one lump sum which gives you the feeling they are hiding something, or padding prices. Prompt, polite, fixed problem
Patrick answered as soon ad I made an emergency inquiry. The toilett in the basement was klogged and he found the sawege pump was broken. He cane back next day Saturday with the new pump and fixed the problem.
Patrick was able to come the same day. He was quick, personable and had everything in his truck to complete the job in a timely manner.
Serviceman confirmed very reasonable cost upfront. He was careful and informative about what was to be done.
Response and service was fast. The plumber recommended preventative maintenance to avoid future clog issues
